FOUNDERS HALL
- Rental Fee: $800
Decorating and/or Set-Up: __$25hr. w/o AC/heat __$50/hr. with AC/heat
- Approximately 80 x 125 building with concrete floors, air conditioning, heat. There are double glass access doors in front facing the parking lot, large single garage doors on each end, two exit doors in the back of the hall.
- Restrooms with handicap accessible stalls. Baby changing station in womens restroom.
- 350 person capacity.

PAVILION
- Rental Fee: $400
- A covered pavilion consisting of a raised stage that is approximately 100 ft. wide and 50 ft. deep and has 3 enclosed sides with access doors and ramps, two large roll up doors, and an open area of 100 x 100 ft. concrete floor. A large fully air conditioned and heated restroom sits adjacent to the pavilion.

ARENA
- Rental Fee: $600 w/lights $350 w/o lights
- Includes roping boxes, bucking chutes, a small restroom, concession building, and announcer's stand.

LIVESTOCK BARN
- Rental Fee: $500
- 160' x 160' covered barn with a sand floor. A small restroom is adjacent to the barn.

- Rental Fee: $300
- Water and electricity access. No septic or dump station.

RV HOOK-UPS
- Rental $35 per day
- The RV area includes 35 spaces with 30 amp electrical outlets and water. Currently there is no sewer access or dump station.
