COLORADO COUNTY SEWAGE AND WASTEWATER MANAGEMENT OF
ON-SITE SEWAGE FACILITY (OSSF)
(Septic Systems)

Texas State Law, Texas Commission on Environment Quality (TCEQ) Regulations, and Colorado County Sewage and Wastewater Facility (OSSF) Regulations require that a person must hold a permit and an approved plan to construct, alter, repair, replacement of tanks, extend, or operate an on-site sewage disposal facility.  This includes installation, repairs, alterations, tank replacements and all other sewage and/or wastewater discharge related activities.

All systems in Colorado County must be permitted, inspected and approved in order to be in compliance with State and Local Laws, Rules and Regulations.
